Adapting Net Promoter thinking in public sector organizations

Tässä maisterintutkielmassa tarkasteltiin Net Promoter score (NPS) -suosittelumittarin sopivuutta julkissektorin käyttöön. Tutkielman tavoitteena oli selvittää, sopiiko yksityisellä sektorilla paljon käytetty mittari julkissektorin organisaatioihin.
